Together - we THRIVE

There's a funny thing about healing work - when we come together in groups, or shared spaces - there is so much more energy available to each one of us, than if we were working alone.  It is one of the reasons I love working in shared spaces - It doesn't matter how far apart we are in the world.  Within "that" space - we are molecules of light.  Vibrating together, sparking each other on - and simply shifting, growing, thriving - and flourishing...  

I have this Vision of what the world looks like in a hundred or so years.  And it is so beautiful.  Thriving, lush, strong healthy dynamic communities living in harmony with each other and the world around them... Just sheer beauty.  
And I feel that this time now is so important.  
We, as humanity, are going through such an intense process of transformation and change.  We are letting go of what no longer serves and calling in new ways of being.  With each other, and with the world around us and beneath our feet.    

Some of these ways of being are so old. Ancient. And speak of deep harmony with the inner self and the outer world... Some of these ways of being are ways that we - You and I - are creating, step by step.  And breath by breath.  
Ways of Being which allow us to Flourish and THRIVE.    

In doing this, we are also letting go of deep wounds - perhaps our own, perhaps our ancestors... Perhaps wounds and old memories stored in the collective which simply no longer serve who we are now, and where we are going... And in order to let these go, and open to the new ways of being - we are creating the world around us as we walk and breathe...  

This offering - Nourish to Flourish - arises out of that call I feel within myself to meet those new ways of being, and release the old which no longer serves us or the world around us.  It is a call to embed the energy of Love into the earth, and into our lives.  It is a call to deep healing - for you and for me.  And for the world around us.  I am making a commitment to embed this energy into my day to day practises - and I invite you to do the same, with me, within this shared space.    

I can't tell you right now everything which we will do together.  

Each course I craft and offer becomes a delicious weave of insights, writing, meditations, practical exercises, tears and laughter, ceremony, wisdom and knowledge shared as we respond to each other and the energy....  

I can tell you that it will be sheer magic!  

That you will need tissues, candles, laughter, sacred food to nourish your body, and tea to sip gently... Water to cleanse, earth to touch, breath to flow through you... There will be music to move your body to - either in the group or at home alone.  That it will be part intuitively guided and part planned...
That it will be unique - each and every time I come to hold the space for it...  
And I can tell you that I come to it with an open heart, and a sense of excitement, wonder, and awe... That I am filled with a sense of honour to be able to offer this work and hold the space for the healing journey... And that I am grateful, for you and your presence in the world at this time.  
I can tell you that we each will come away a little more whole, a little more connected, with a deep sense of appreciation for the self, for the world around us and our place within the whole... I can tell you that we will come away with practises to support that ability to Nourish and be Nourished... and from here, step by step, breath by breath - Flourish.

I can't tell you the result - what you, and I, will come out looking like or feeling like after.
